1.General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and mt250 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing mt250 at https://mt250.vip, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the mt250 platform and close your account.

mt250 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior individual notice. When material changes are made, a revised effective date will be published at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document is the definitive and authoritative version. No translation of this document into any other language shall have legal effect.

• By registering, you confirm that all information you provide to mt250 is accurate, current, and complete.
• You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.
• You agree that mt250 may contact you via your registered email address or mobile number for account-related communications.
• You understand and accept that promotional terms may change and that it is your duty to read the specific conditions of each offer before participating.
• These Terms & Conditions apply to all products offered by mt250 including casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and crash/instant games.

2.Age Restriction & Eligibility

The mt250 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions for any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market offered by mt250. mt250 enforces age verification at registration and at the point of first withdrawal for all accounts.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all mt250 accounts. You must satisfy every condition in this list at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or director of mt250 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended mt250 account under any name or identity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the mt250 platform.
• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial data harvesting or competitive intelligence.

mt250 employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Where there is reasonable doubt about a player's age, mt250 may suspend account activity and request official government-issued identity documentation — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before any funds are released. If verification reveals that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be refunded net of any withdrawals already made, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3.Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games and betting markets on mt250, you must complete the account registration process in full. Registration requires you to supply accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a unique password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

mt250 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with responsible gaming best practice. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal above a defined threshold, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified in the verification request will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until documents are provided and reviewed.

• KYC review is typically completed within one to two business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) working hours.
• You must notify mt250 promptly if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number, email address, or residential address.

mt250 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason, at its sole discretion. Registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law will be declined. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of mt250 complies with the laws applicable in their own location.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the mt250 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). mt250 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and bank transfer to and from major Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your mt250 account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected, your account verification status, and any applicable responsible gaming limits you have set. mt250 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own standard service charges.

• Deposits are credited to your mt250 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Withdrawals via bank transfer are processed within one to four business hours during BST banking windows (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–16:00 BST).
• mt250 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been used to make at least one deposit on the account, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Where a bonus has been credited, withdrawal of related funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• mt250 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or frequency.

In the event of a technical error, network outage, or system fault that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, mt250 reserves the right to correct the error without notice. Any funds credited to a player account as a result of a technical error do not belong to the player and must not be wagered or withdrawn. mt250 will restore the correct balance as quickly as possible and will communicate with affected players via their registered contact details.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

mt250 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general Terms & Conditions document, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all mt250 promotional offers:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are non-transferable between accounts.
• A standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically when the validity period ends.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live table games contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets contribute at a rate specified per market. Full contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms.
• mt250 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time if abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method account.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications remain eligible for bonuses but must claim them manually through the promotions section of their account dashboard.

6.User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the mt250 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and in a manner that is respectful of other players, mt250 staff, and the integrity of the games and betting markets offered. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, submitting false identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one mt250 account simultaneously or sequentially under any identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or collusion with other players to share bonus value.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, AI agents, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage over fellow players or the house.
• Money laundering: Using the mt250 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to any illegal activity. mt250 has anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures in place and will report suspicious activity as required.

mt250 employs dedicated fraud and compliance monitoring teams who review account activity on a continuous basis. If you believe another user is engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed above, please report it to [email protected] with as much detail as possible. mt250 will investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action.

7.Account Suspension & Closure

mt250 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks, abusive behaviour directed at support staff, or where mt250 has reasonable grounds to believe the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their mt250 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any remaining balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be transferred to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

• Accounts closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions may have their balances forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.
• Self-exclusion requests result in account closure for the requested period. Early reinstatement requests submitted within the exclusion period will not be honoured.
• Players who have been permanently closed for responsible gaming reasons may not re-register under any identity. mt250 uses identity-matching technology to detect re-registration attempts.
• Upon closure, mt250 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable data retention obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.Limitation of Liability

The mt250 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mt250 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, it does not warrant that the service will be free from downtime, technical errors, or interruptions. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible; emergency maintenance may be carried out without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mt250 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost gaming opportunities during system outages, financial losses resulting from your own gaming decisions, or any reliance on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

• mt250's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• mt250 is not liable for the actions, content, or services of any third-party game provider, payment processor, or linked service, even where accessible via the mt250 platform.
• mt250 does not guarantee that any specific game will be continuously available. Games may be removed from the platform by their providers without advance notice.
• In the event of a disputed bet or game outcome, the result recorded by mt250's server logs shall be treated as the definitive record, subject to any rights of formal complaint described in these terms.

If you have a complaint about a game outcome, transaction, or any aspect of the mt250 service, you must raise it with the support team in writing within 30 days of the event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be investigated. mt250 will acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.
